Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through pawlia.ca, operated by PAWLIA.

Products

We aim to describe our products accurately. Product photos may show the item in use or in different settings. Please check the product description and selected variant for the details of the item you are purchasing.

Orders and prices

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the policies presented at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown before you complete your purchase. We may change prices for future orders, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout using the payment methods displayed there.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. These are estimates; if an order is delayed, we will address it in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Pawlia offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pawlia is not responsible for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
