Shipping Policy

Pawlia currently ships to eligible addresses in Canada and the United States.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after processing. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore generally 6 to 13 business days. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, address errors, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping, when offered, may be subject to destination, order value, or other conditions shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to update after the order is processed.

Multiple packages

An order may be shipped in more than one package. Packages from the same order may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has started. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost delayed or delivered packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if your order is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact the carrier and then email us at [support@pawlia.com]. We will help investigate. Pawlia is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery to the address supplied at checkout, except where required by law.

Customs duties and taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated or collected as shown at checkout. International or cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
