🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take 6–10 business days in Canada and the United States.

📦 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking number or tracking link. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the label is created.

You can also visit our Track Your Order page, if available. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

💳 How much does shipping cost?

Available shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout before you pay. The amount may depend on your delivery address and any shipping promotion currently available.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

🔄 What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.

For hygiene reasons, a ScoopEase that has been used to collect pet waste cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.

📭 What if my order does not arrive?

If your delivery estimate has passed, first check the tracking link and confirm the shipping address on your order. Then email contact@pawlia.ca with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and advise you on the next steps.
